1. Scope
The Service provides digital access that is activated immediately once a key is issued. This policy describes how refunds work and does not limit the consumer rights granted to you by mandatory provisions of applicable law.
2. Right of withdrawal
Where the law of your country of residence grants consumers a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital content contract, that right applies until the supply of access begins.
By activating a key or promo code you request the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that, once supply begins, the right of withdrawal is lost to the extent permitted by law. Before activation you may withdraw and receive a full refund.
3. When a refund is granted
We refund payments in the following cases:
- the key was not issued or does not work and support did not resolve the problem within a reasonable time;
- duplicate or mistaken payment for the same period;
- the application does not start on a system that meets the published requirements and the cause is not resolved within 7 calendar days of your request;
- advertised core functionality is materially missing or is discontinued during the paid period;
- access is terminated on the Operator’s initiative through no fault of yours — the unused period is refunded on a pro-rata basis.
4. When a refund is not granted
Refunds are declined in particular where:
- you changed your mind after activation while the Service works as described;
- measures were taken by game services or publishers, including a game account suspension: those decisions are made by third parties and the risk is disclosed in the Terms of Service;
- there is an incompatibility with hardware or software whose requirements were disclosed before purchase;
- the Acceptable Use document was breached, including sharing the key with third parties and circumventing technical limits;
- access was obtained through a promo code or a promotion without payment;
- the paid period has expired and the Service was actually used during that period.
5. How to request a refund
Send a request through the in-app support channel or to support@pubgurc.app, stating: the license key or the date and amount of the payment, the payment method, a description of the problem, and, if available, screenshots or error logs.
We confirm receipt and communicate our decision within 10 calendar days. Where diagnostics are required the period may be extended with notice of the reasons.
6. Timing and method of payout
Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless the parties agree otherwise, within 14 calendar days of a positive decision.
For cryptocurrency payments the refund is calculated at the rate on the refund date and may differ from the amount paid because of volatility. Network and exchange fees are deducted from the refunded amount.
A pro-rata refund is calculated from the full paid term and the number of whole unused days.
7. Payment disputes and chargebacks
Before starting a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, please contact support: most issues are resolved faster directly.
While a chargeback is being reviewed, access under the relevant license may be suspended until the procedure is completed.
8. Consumer rights
This policy does not cancel or limit the rights granted to you by the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of habitual residence.
