1. Scope
These rules apply to every user of the Service, including the website, the Windows application, and the server interfaces, and form part of the Terms of Service.
2. Permitted use
Under a valid license you may:
- use the application personally on the permitted number of devices;
- create, edit, export, and import your own profiles and calibrations;
- receive updates in the selected channel and contact support;
- unlink your own device within the stated frequency limits.
3. Prohibited activities
You must not:
- resell, rent, publish, or transfer the license key to third parties, or use one key for several people;
- circumvent technical protection measures, device limits, rate limits, or license verification mechanisms;
- decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer the code beyond what the law expressly permits, or distribute modified builds;
- interfere with the servers, run load or automated attacks, mass-harvest data, or scan for vulnerabilities without written permission;
- use the Service for fraud, harassment, threats, distribution of malicious code, or any other unlawful activity;
- impersonate the Operator, a support agent, or another user, or use the Service’s brand and materials to mislead;
- use the Service in breach of applicable export control and sanctions rules.
4. Responsibility for your account and key
You are responsible for keeping your credentials and license key safe, and for all activity carried out with them.
Report a compromised key or account to support immediately: this lets us revoke the key and issue a new one within the paid period.
5. Third-party rules
Using the Service together with online games is subject to the rules of those game operators. Complying with those rules and assessing the related risk is your responsibility.
The Operator does not encourage breaching third-party rules and is not responsible for measures those parties take against your accounts.
6. Consequences of a breach
Depending on the nature and severity of the breach we may issue a warning, temporarily restrict certain features, suspend access, revoke the license without a refund, or refuse further service.
Measures are applied proportionately. Where there are indications of a criminal offence, information may be passed to the competent authorities as required by law.
7. Appeals and reporting
If you believe a decision is wrong, send a reasoned request to support@pubgurc.app or through the in-app support channel. We review it and report the outcome within a reasonable time.
Report abuse you notice, including key resale by third parties and counterfeit builds, to support@pubgurc.app.
