Compensation is moderate and very stable — set the value once and you'll rarely touch it. Compensation is calculated from your sensitivity, accounts for stance (standing, crouching, prone) and is set separately for each scope — it is not a fixed macro.
Scopes
The M416 takes the red dot, 2x, 3x, 4x and 6x. The higher the magnification, the more visible the climb — the 6x value is larger than the red dot. Keep the values consistent so switching scopes doesn't throw off your hand.
Tip
A full kit (compensator, vertical grip, stock) makes the M416 the most predictable in its class — an easy gun to build muscle memory on.
